Humiliated, Shattered
She stands in the bathroom
Washing her porcelain colored skin.
As the water drips down
She catches a glimpse in the mirror.
Her eyes hide a painful secret only she can reveal.
She stares at herself
As her mind replays that horrible night.
The rain pours down
As she partied the night away.
She was one of few not drinking.
But the night was a blur.
One minute she is having a great time
Then the next thing she knows
There is a tremendous weight on top of her.
Her voice cracks
As she screams for help,
But no one comes.
He finally leaves her (humiliated),
Leaving her bound to the bed (shattered).
After hours of screaming and crying,
Help final
Its the dead of night .
His smile is all I can see.
his eyes stare are back at me
As if he were looking into my soul.
I remember every detail of this picture.
Such a wonderful day.
Such s wonderful life.
What happened?
What went wrong?
I don't understand any of it.
What was it that made you stop loving me?
Sleep quickly approaches,
And the question still burns.
Why when I needed you the most?
Why dikd you break our vows?
What do you do when the love of your life is holding someone else?
Do you sit back and wait,
Or do you try to move on?
How do you get rid of the rage hes caused you?
The burning sensation is fueled by the tears
That fall from your deep brown eyes.
Baby why cant you see
That he just doesnt love you.
He says "I'm sorry." then he sleeps around.
Girl you just dont get it.
Smarten up.
Open your eyes.
Cant you see??
Its over.
All over.
Never again will you hold him.
You cant kiss him or carress him.
So just stop.
Stop loving him.
Its over.
Little girl you are just a fool.

He's Just a Memory
He's just a memory,
Stuck on replay.
A memory I can't run from.
A memory that's always there.
He's just a memory.
He's just a memory
Mocking the game.
A memory that sits back and laughs.
A memory that won't let me breathe.
He's just a memory.
He's just a memory
That's slowly killing me.
A memory I put so much into
A memory that is just a lie.
He's just a memory.
He's just a memory
That's slowly vanishing.
Stop!
Wait a minute please!
Dont leave me standing here again.
I relive this every night.
Help me change the out come this time.
Just this once.
Look around.
Cant you see?
Im the best you ever had!
Stay with me.
Dont go!
Dont leave me standing in the pouring rain.
Help me change our fate!
Have a seat and think it through.
Over and over
It plays in my head.
I followed you outside.
I remember the rain,
The warm smell of the rain.
I remember how you love the rain,
But tonight its your enemy.
I hate knowing how this will end.
Why did you leave me?
I begged you to stay!
You promised you would come back.
But you lied!
I heard the squealing tires,
Love sick lullabyes play in my mind
As your memory craddles me to sleep.
Living this life with you by my side
Has left odd scars feeling new.
Every thought brings back an old fear.
"Has he grown tired of me yet?
Whats his breaking point?
Did his feelings change when I left?
Are we over because of me?"
You fill my every thought,
Every dream.
One thought leads to another,
One fear to another.
I want to run as fast as I can,
Away from myself to the compfort of your arms.
You once asked:
"What would you do if I told you I love you?"
My answer is:
I love you too,
I always will.Love sick lullabyes play in my mind
As your memory cr
So many thoughts,
So little to say.
Who are you to say what I am?
Who are you to take away my life?
What law gives you the right
To take the only thing that was mine?
So many things to tell you,
Never the nerve to lay my eyes on you.
Why did you do this to me?
What did I do to deserve that?
Who are you to strip me of my own safety?
Why did you run?
So much hatred,
Too much fear.
I cant live in fear from you any longer.
I hate that I see you everywhere I go,
No matter how long its been.
Where are you hiding tonight?
So little time,
One simple task.
Why wont you come out and face me?
Can you even face yourself?
Do you wake up fearing you

Picking Up the Pieces
Hey little girl, its time to wake up.
Open your eyes, climb out of bed.
Take a shower, wash away the tears.
Dry yourself off, get dressed.
Now paint on a smile, hide away the pain.
Stay silent through out the day, dont speak a word.
Shhh, watch the sun go down.
Remember, itll be alright, youll be fine.
Youll pick up the pieces all over again.
Now its time to lay back down,
Just close your eyes, begin to cry.
Shhh stay quiet til the day comes.
Theyll never know how much you hurt,
Theyll never see how much youve cried.
Hey little girl, its time to get up.
Pick up the pieces, paint on your smile.
Start a new day.
Once again theyll never know.
I sit here watching you fall deeper in your depression.
Nothing I say can ever help you.
You depend on me to hold you up,
Day in and day out you weigh me down.
You wish she would love youthe way I did,
You wish she would kiss you the way I did.
One day you will lose me all over again.
What would you do if I wasnt around to hold you?
How would you survive?
When I loved you,
You werent around.
Now that its over you come back to me?
I cant go on this way,
It hurts too much.
One four three never again.

Drops of Liquid Candy
Life brings you hell and you run.
They turn you away as you run to your family.
Your hell, the hell you created,
Made you turn to the bottle.
Down your liquid candy,
Drink every last drop.
'Cause baby youll need it.
The worst has yet to come.
One day youll wake up and youll be back at the begining.
Scared and alone.
Youll begin regreting your past
As it haunts you day and night.
Tears compfort you as you point the barrel to your head.
Slowly pulling the trigger,
You fall to the floor.
A smile appears as you lay there,
Never feeling more alive.

Right or wrong they’ll hold me down till the day I die

She was perfect,
She was everything,
That was desired.
Then,
He happened.
She had the,
Most beautiful wings.
Her wings,
In color,
Were whiter,
Then the whitest,
Snowflake.
They were so pure,
Then he came along.
She was the princess,
She had the,
Potential to be,
A great queen.
But he,
Took it all away.
He stole her throne,
He blacked her wings,
Then he broke them.
He did this,
All out of,
Jealousy,
Out of,
Spite.
She could of been more,
So much more,
But he took it all,
Away.
Even though all this,
Still her people,
Gathered under,
Her broken wings.
You were above,
Everyone,
You had the power.
You alone,
Could make a difference,
But you threw it all,
Away.
Up in heaven,
They have a wall,
Very similar to the,
Ones on earth,
But on this wall,
Instead of fallen soldiers,
You'll find fallen angels.
Your name is now,
Amongst the fallen,
Maybe if you had,
Listened to the warnings,
If you didn't fly so high,
Maybe then you wouldn't,
Of fallen so far.
But you didn't,
Listen to the warnings.
They say you flew,
So high that your,
Wings snapped,
Then you plummeted,
To earth,
But those are only,
Rumors,
Right.
I see your name,
On the wall,
Of the fallen angels,
And I wonder,
Did it hurt when,
Just so you know I'm getting started on the manuscript for the book so I can get the process started. I still don't have a title picked out yet. I'm just taking it one step at a time. I'll keep you updated do you know when it's coming out, if you'd still like to know
